We do not say it, but it is the conclusion reached by the World Congress Wine and Health 2017, held in La Rioja, where the best international experts in science, nutrition and medicine were gathered.

And, according to the latest scientific evidence, the consumption of quality wine reduces cognitive diseases and the incidence of diabetes, is positive for cardiovascular diseases, and improves intestinal microflora. These are just some of the many benefits that make the daily consumption of wine recommended.

This year’s edition of Wine and Health 2017 was attended by 36 speakers from all around the world, including the USA, Australia, France, Italy, Germany, South Africa and the United Kingdom, who have defended the benefits of moderate consumption of good wine.
