Delea A Marca Took Part of the IX Hunting Gastronomic Days in Montecruz Restaurant

Delea A Marca participated in the IX hunting gastronomic days by preparing a tasting and our best wine pairings. Organized by Montecruz Restaurante, in Aracena (Huelva, Spain) since 2003, several restaurants and personalities from all over the country took part of this initiative, all with the same goal: to publicize the rich and great local cuisine based on hunting products, promoting respect for nature. For this reason, during all these days, in addition to the tasting, lectures and talks with various groups related to nature, tourism and environment ocurred.

Within the program designed by the restaurant, visitors could enjoy a permanent exhibition of the various hunted pieces of last season in the region and surrounding areas, organized by the company Taxidermy Alonso de Almonaster la Real, the Society of Hunters Aracena and some fans. As every year, the Montecruz restaurant offered a varied menu of dishes prepared from large and small hunting pieces as well as some exotic native food to the delight of all presents. Without any doubt, it was a great experience to be part of this activity.
