Delea A Marca participates in the Wine Pairing Dinner at Hotel Essentia

This Friday, November 3rd, at 9:00 p.m., Delea A Marca will be present at the second wine tasting session offered by the Essentia Restaurant, located at Calle José Nogales, 17, in the town of Aracena (Huelva). During the event, attendees can enjoy a careful menu with products of the highest quality accompanied by the Delea A Marca wines, while a conversation takes place about the principles of wine tasting.

The menu will consist of the following dishes:

– Tuna Mojama Salad IGP from Isla Cristina, walnuts and honey vinaigrette from Aracena (Rosé).

-Carpaccio of Prawns with lime air and tomato (Vermentino).

-Corvina grilled with seafood sauce, mussels and shrimp (Chardonnay).

– Iberian cheekbone with citrus cuscus and apple marmalade (Merlot).

– Chocolate Coulant with pistachio ice cream (Cabernet Sauvignon- Petit Verdot).

And the wines that will be used for the pairing are:

– Rosado
– Vermentino
– Chardonnay
– Merlot
– Cabernet sauvignon-petit verdot
