Delea A Marca, in the IV Gastronomic Lunch of Restaurante Las Dunas
On the occasion of Huelva Gastronomic Capital 2017, the wines of Delea A Marca were present in the fourth edition of the lunch pairing, organized by the well known restaurant Las Dunas, in Mazagón (Huelva). Those attending the event, which took place on Friday, May 5th, were able to enjoy the menu “Huelva 525 Gourmet Experience” which had delicious dishes, commanded by the Chef of the Restaurant Las Dunas, accompanied by the wines Delea A Marca, the Berries of Cuna de Platero and the extra virgin olive oil of the Cooperativa Santa María Salomé.
In addition to some snacks as welcome appetizers, the menu consisted of the following. As starters, Escacena chickpea salad, corvina semimojama and Berrycatessen red berries; Cigala tartar with infusion of tomatoes and olives; and creamy asparagus rice to Chardonay. As a starter, 50º tuna was served with its juice and artichokes in tempura; And as a second course, Iberian roasted sirloin, their greaves and cauliflower foam. The menu finished with a delicious ice cream of soft goat cheese, mate biscuit and ove and strawberries.
On behalf of Delea A Marca, the following wines were present: Vermentino 2015, Rosado 2015, Chardonay 2013, Merlot 2012, Petit Verdot 2012 and Syrah 2013.
This fourth edition of the lunch pairing was a success and a delight for the attendees, who completed the seating of the restaurant.
